We added bells and played in teams, and the students were completely engaged. It gives them a reason to listen carefully, think about the question, and form their answers in English. Definitely one I’ll be using again.

The questions are simple enough that students can focus on understanding the English instead of worrying about difficult trivia. The competitive element really gets them speaking!
