Turn an ordinary bottle into a fun balloon-powered drink dispenser.
Preparation
Gather materials in an area with an electrical outlet close by for the glue gun. An adult should handle steps 1-4 for young ones.
Let’s Do It
Prepare the Lid:
Draw a circle on the lid using the hose connector as a size guide. Cut it out, erring on the side of caution to make it slightly smaller for a snug fit when inserting the connector.
Insert the Connector:
Insert the connector into the lid.
Create a Hole for the Straw:
Heat a nail or screwdriver and make a hole for the straw in the side of the bottle. The hole should be about ¾ of the height of the straw measured from the bottom of the bottle, and make it just big enough for the straw to fit snugly.
Secure the Straw:
Use a glue gun to secure the straw in place.
Prepare the Balloon:
Put a balloon on the end of the spray head and inflate it. Hold the spray head’s handle open while blowing and insert it into the connector on the lid.
Start Pouring:
Add your beverage to the bottle, place the lid and balloon setup on the bottle, and your party pourer is ready!
